Garden Montage

28 May

These video’s were taken almost 1 month ago on Mothers Day May 8, 2011. I had trouble getting them to download to my blog and that is why you are just now seeing them. As you can guess all of these gardens have grown quite a lot since I shot these videos. I will try to be more timely with future video post.

I don’t know how I got upside down?

Just a Little Flower Bed

I wanted to introduce you to “just a little flower bed” that I have planted in front of my bedroom window, while the flowers are still young and just starting to grow. Latter in the summer I will shoot another video of this bed so you can see how big and beautifully the flowers have matured.

Just a Little Patch of Dirt

27 Mar

Welcome to My Gardening Video Blog

This year I have decided to chronicle my beloved gardens and share with you the wonder, heart break, and pure joy they provide me. To do this I have created another blog dedicated JUST to my gardens.

After moving to my current home which sits on a gently sloping acre surrounded by majestic post oak tress, singing birds, and the gracefully calming presence of nearby horses, I finally have the space and sunshine that I need for my veggie garden. No more growing veggies in small semi-shaded area of my yard. I finally have a canvas to create and nurture not only veggies, but flowers and herbs too.

Come with me and watch how my gardens grows

Video blog #1 • Shot March 6, 2011 • Just a Little Patch of Dirt

This first video blog is dedicated to my family and friends back home in St. Louis, who received and unexpected spring snow storm yesterday. Once again reminded me how blessed I am to live in Texas, were spring comes early.

Be sure to subscribe to my blog so you can get e-mails of new video posts.
